Google's Data Center Gets Power

Michael Perna states: It's called Project Cannoli, a nearly 1.5 million-square-foot hyperscale campus on 282 acres off Haggerty Road near I-94 and I-275, close to Detroit Metro Airport, with three data processing buildings plus an office and network buildings. It will use 1 gigawatt of power, roughly as much as 750,000 homes. It's only the second time Michigan has approved power contracts for a hyperscale data center, after the Oracle and OpenAI project in Saline Township.[1]
